- Collect a CBC Digital application from any branch of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC or download one from this web site, complete and submit it to the branch where you maintain your account.
- After your application is processed and registered, we will issue User ID and Password.
- We will also provide you soft file containing the payment instructions format.
- You can simply logon to your CBC Digital and initiate transactions following anyone of the authorization modes (single-step, 2-step or multi-step).
- You can check the status of any transaction, from anywhere at any time by simply login into CBC Digital
