The gPlex® Call Centre system is a software solution from the USA being managed in Bangladesh by “Genuity Systems Ltd.”, a Bangladeshi technology company.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Mr. Najith Meewanage along with the President of Genusys Inc., Dr. Habib Rahman, the sister company of Genuity Systems has inaugurated the service at the bank’s Digital Banking & Card Centre while other higher officials from both companies were present.
