Being a responsible corporate citizen, Commercial Bank has embedded social and environmental responsibilities into its day to day activities. The Bank evaluates the Social and Environmental (S&E) risks of the projects it finances against local and international standards within its S&E Policy Framework, and strives to ensure that these projects are designed, operated and maintained with best practices/ control measures in place to manage the S & E risks.
Any individual, group, community or entity affected or may potentially be affected by the social and environmental impacts of a project funded by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC may submit their concerns to the following e-mail address with clear supporting evidence.
